Anissa Hudak

Anissa Hudak helps women get out of survival mode, not just cope with it. She is a sexual trauma survivor, the daughter of a Vietnam veteran, and a former military spouse, and she built her work on one idea, that trauma lives in the body first, not just the mind. Through a blend of neuro-somatic therapy, hypnotherapy, and mind body practices, she guides women through a healing process that does not require reliving their trauma, but instead rewires their internal experience of safety and control. This isn't about coping. It's about resolution. She calls her framework the Survival Exit Method, a three phase process of Awareness, Regulation, and Resolution. Anissa is a certified yoga therapist and neuro-somatic practitioner (MTLT, TNLP, TCHt, C-IAYT, RM), and the founder of Phoenix Women Healing.

Catherine Crestani

My work sits at the intersection of human behaviour, emotional attachment, and the ways we seek connection—whether that’s through dating, digital interaction, or experiences that feel deeply real but don’t always reflect reality.

What makes my perspective different is the range of lenses I bring into the conversation. With a background in speech pathology and business, alongside my work as an intuitive and inner authority guide, I’ve spent years observing how people communicate, attach, and often override what they know to be true in order to maintain connection.

These patterns became the foundation for My Virtual Obsession, a psychological novel that explores how loneliness, emotional vulnerability, and modern connection can blur the line between what feels real and what actually is.

I’m also the host of the Willow Healing Matters podcast and an Executive Contributor for Brainz Magazine, where I continue exploring these themes through conversation and writing.

Dave Albrechta

After ten years as a litigator, Dave Albrechta found himself questioning the path he had built and the impact of the work he was doing. That turning point led him to step away from traditional practice and explore a more aligned way of living and working. Today, he is a coach and mediator who helps others navigate conflict, change, and the messy middle with greater awareness and intention.

I encourage people to pay attention to the places in their life where there’s tension or conflict, which is often pointing to something that’s ready for a change

George Harb

George Harb spent 18 years in corporate leadership performing the confidence that high-performing teams expect. Internally, the question that ran underneath was always the same: am I enough?
The moment of reckoning came not on a stage or in a boardroom but in a quiet room. Chest tight. The words arriving before he had planned them: I cannot keep surviving my life. What followed was not dramatic. It was a silent and deliberate journey through personal development work, neuro encoding tools, and the slow, unglamorous process of meeting himself with honesty.

Today George works as a coach at Empower You Coaching, bringing two decades of experience in high-performing teams and over 20 years of personal development work into one-to-one and group coaching. He is also a keynote speaker.

George Harb is a dual-certified neuro encoding specialist and peak performance coach, and the founder of Empower You Coaching.

Hanna Curman

I’m Hanna Curman—international speaker, Founder of BrainShift (the new transformation logic), certified in brain-based coaching, and author on leadership and mental health. I help executives lead transformation from the nervous system up—because culture lives in biology.
I learned that personally when my own reactive patterns affected not only my own health - but also my daughter’s will to live.
Today I also bring a clear message into the AI era: if we don’t balance speed with humanity, we lose prefrontal capacity—judgment, empathy, ethics—and the relationships that make leadership real.

Part from above - I also talk about the importance of understanding your Why in life. I have given birth to three children. With the age span of 23 years between the oldest and youngest. This itself has showed me how the WHY impacts our relationship towards the one you lead.

Kristoff Morrow

I taught myself to write while serving in the US Navy as a Corpsman right after high school, and after leaving, I learned a University education would not inform my work any more readily than being self taught, despite winning the highest award for short fiction and poetry at two different colleges in their annual creative writing contests.

I  became sober from alcohol, as my Tourette’s manifested in a way I could no longer ignore and I spent five years battling worsening symptoms and not writing a word.

Several dozen times a day, my ticks force me to slap, punch, and claw myself in the face. It makes me call myself names very loudly that I won’t write here, I say I hate myself, and I’m often laughed at in public, (however, it’s not malicious.)

Max Weignad

Max Weingand grew up using sport to answer a question that followed him from childhood: if I achieve enough, will I finally feel enough? At 17, he reached the German national championships and earned a US athletic scholarship, then felt completely empty three days later. That experience shaped his work with people whose outward performance has become disconnected from how life feels inside. He explores the gap between achievement and fulfilment through an approach that brings the body, mind, and nervous system into the same conversation. Max Weingand is a positive psychologist and the creator of Psychosomatic Intelligence, a practice integrating neuroscience, psychology, and nervous system regulation.

Nicole Anderson

fter two decades of watching successful leaders crumble under the weight of their own achievements, Nicole Anderson made a radical discovery: the very strategies that built their success were leaving them stuck, overwhelmed, and exhausted.

She's a certified Purpose Factor® facilitator who helps leaders uncover what they do best and why it matters. Nicole doesn't just help leaders manage their overwhelm. She helps them redesign their relationship with success itself.

Whether working with corporate audiences or intimate leadership retreats, Nicole delivers insights that cut through the noise of traditional leadership advice. She challenges the dangerous myth that burnout is the price of success and shows leaders what she calls "bold leadership"—leading with both impact and integrity.

Roger Webb

Roger Webb raised five kids as a single parent, spent 30 years coaching and speaking on human behavior change, and a year ago left the United States to live nomadically with his husband.

He's worked with over 15,000 people on real behavior change, and he recently built a habit app called Random Habit - based on one uncomfortable truth: 92% of people fail at habits not because of who they are, but because of the tools they were given.

Roger talks science the way real people talk, no jargon, no theory, just the things that actually matter and why.

Tom Cronin

Tom Cronin spent 26 years in finance, building a career in an industry that rewarded performance and punished stillness. In his late twenties, chronic anxiety, depression, and addiction brought him to a breaking point. Meditation changed the direction of his life, yet he stayed in finance for nearly two more decades while practising what he had found. In his mid-forties, he left to share a form of stillness that belongs inside ordinary, pressured lives, not outside them. Tom Cronin is the founder of The Stillness Project and the creator of Vedic meditation training that has helped thousands of people find stillness in daily life.

Wes Towers

Wes Towers built Uplift 360 from the ground up, growing a digital and SEO agency that has competed for major clients in Australia for two decades. At 47, he has lived through business disruption, a valuation shock from AI, and a deeper disruption: examining beliefs he inherited rather than chose.

The moment of reckoning came when a trusted mentor who was gay made the gap between the teaching and his own values impossible to ignore. The dissolution that followed was painful. What came after , rebuilding friendships, reclaiming health, opening his team into conversations he had once shut down , turned out to be more generative than holding everything together had ever been.

Wes speaks from the experience of a person who discovered that the grip that looks like confidence can measure exactly how unsure you really are. His work at Uplift 360 and his story are inseparable: both are about building something real on ground that belongs to you.
